This place is absolutely gorgeous! the staff at the front desk are friendly and welcoming. the rooms are top-notch with everything you need. They have a great pool for relaxation. There's also a tasty restaurant here and the views are simply stunning! 🌟

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and gorgeous in general, had courteous staff on the reception desk. Exceptionally comfortable bed, room was big, with climate control, a safe, and multi-channel television.

Fairly clean hotel in a beautiful building near the party area of the garden, Mexico for the last year, and San Luis Potosi. Outstanding and well-equipped rooms, incredibly nice staff on the reception desk.

The queen room was equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel's location is superb for exploring San Luis Potosi, near the lively garden party area and the airport.

The room arrangement, are all distributed in the ground floor in the hotel garden. It's very pleasant. Barbecue is served almost daily in the evening. Large selection of them. The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. Often a live band plays in the evening.

The location itself. It's on a major arterial road with a major mall. But the area itself is suboptimal. And also the distance to the center in the city of San Luis Potosi

The hotel has a great mixture of rustic and modern furniture that add a look that is very appealing.

The bed in our room was extremely comfortable and we had an amazing view; also appreciated the hairdryer, toiletries, and bath sheets provided.

The price was resonable.

Super clean place with great rooms and pet-friendly policy. King room at top of tower has stunning city view. Beautiful bath tub with built-in jets. Excellent room service and good restaurant. Green grassy areas and nice pool, even a dog park. Quiet with helpful English-speaking staff. Warm and clean pool. Steam room in suite.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were super clean and one of the best we've ever stayed in. We rented the King room, which had a stunning view of the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful pool and even a dog park area. The staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English. Parking was convenient and the location was in the center of the city, making it easy to explore.

Hard to think of anything negative.

The rooms and beds are big, perfect for light sleepers. The concrete construction keeps the noise out from typical Mexican Saturday night parties. The staff speaks perfect English and is very helpful.

Felt just like home, no complaints at all.

Our stay at Holiday Inn was delightful. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The spacious king suite was perfect, with a comfortable bed and a large bathtub for relaxation. The on-site playground was a bonus for our kids. We also enjoyed the dining options available. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had an amazing stay at this super clean place! The King room at the top of the tower gave us a stunning view of SLP. The room itself was one of the best we've ever stayed in, with a beautiful bathtub and built-in jacuzzi jets. We were also thrilled to find out that they allow pets, perfect for our young family. The green grassy areas and dog park were a huge bonus. The pool was warm and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and spoke perfect English.

This hotel has a convenient location in a party area of the garden. The rooms are big with comfortable beds and the staff is helpful and speaks perfect English. The breakfast has an awesome selection of fresh and healthy foods. There is also an outdoor grill serving great steaks and excellent wines. The internet works very well.

One downside is that the bathroom is starting to look a little tired and could do with a renovation.
